These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ff88 platform and all related services. This document forms a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ff88. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are governed by applicable Bangladeshi law.

Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 Geographic Restrictions
ff88 services are intended primarily for users in Bangladesh. If you access the platform from a country or region where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited, you bear full responsibility for doing so.
1.3 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and the related funds may be forfeited.
1.4 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure and balance forfeiture. If any of your details change, please notify the ff88 support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

2.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (the same for all methods).
- When making a deposit, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

- Applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if information is incomplete or verification is pending.
2.3 Financial Security

3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus combined. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Special terms may apply when combining multiple bonus offers.
- ff88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- In cases of bonus abuse (arbitrage or equivalent strategies), the bonus will be forfeited.
3.3 VIP & Loyalty Program
ff88's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier earns a weekly cashback — starting from 0.2% at Bronze up to 1.0% at Diamond. Members can gradually advance to higher tiers through consistent activity. ff88 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
Betting & Gaming Rules
4.1 General Gaming Terms
All games and betting activities on ff88 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality. Members are encouraged to play responsibly.
4.2 Sports Betting

Any member may request closure of their account at any time. Before making the request, ensure that all pending bets are settled and any available balance is withdrawn. Withdrawal may not be possible after the account has been closed.
9.2 Suspension by ff88
ff88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:
